Having spent years honing my craft working as a commercial stock photographer in 2025 I decided to shift my focus and pursue a different subject matter. This was prompted by an inner search for greater meaning in the world. I asked Myself," how can my work  help people?" Naturally, this statement was quite vague and as I embarked on this existential journey I met many incredible people who where already impacting the world around them in significant ways. 

Atlantic Fire & Rescue is a volunteer Non-Profit Organization dedicated to protecting lives through fire education, prevention, and awareness in informal settlements. Our goal is to build safer, stronger, and more resilient communities across the Western Cape.

Residents of Gugulethu and Manenberg gathered on Friday 25 November 2025 to stand together against crime in their communities. They met at the Gugulethu and Manenberg police stations before marching through their neighbourhoods to call for safer streets and an end to violence, gangsterism, and substance abuse

On the eve of the 60th year commemoration of the forced removals, the last and longest surviving families of the historic District six face eviction from their homes in Searle Street. This is a full historical account. This injustice cannot stand.
